Whole kitchen and utility room for sale including units, doors, worktops, appliances. sink, taps etc as we are having building work done. Everything is in good condition and appliances are in full working order. You will see from the photos that the cupboard doors in the utility room are different from the ones in the kitchen (the kitchen ones are newer, roughly 8 years old, the utility room a few years older). Appliances included are: - Philips whirlpool double oven/grill, - whirlpool gas hob - whirlpool cooker hood - Neff integrated under counter fridge (in kitchen) - Neff integrated fridge/freezer (in utility room) NB The integrated dishwasher (without a door on the front) beside the sink in the photos is the only part of the kitchen NOT included in this sale. Kitchen is a galley kitchen style. Approx dimensions of the longest length of kitchen worktop (incorporating hob and oven) is 343cm, the opposite worktop (incorporating sink) is 229cm, and the utility is 260cm (including the fridge freezer). There is also a dresser style unit which is approx 168cm. Our building work is starting on Mon 6th August. We would need the kitchen removed at some point the week before this ie week commencing 30th July. We would prefer the buyer to remove it.
